You can reopen (recall) a Closed Won Opportunity to move it back to the Negotiation/In Progress stage and make changes (e.g., update billing terms on the quote).

    Steps to Reopen the Opportunity:

    1. Go to Sales Hub → Opportunities.
    2. Switch the view to Closed Opportunities (important — active opportunities view won't show it).
    3. Open the record OP-000718452 (CRS_EG_Quant_T&T_Gourmet Gold).
    4. On the command bar (top of the form), click Reopen Opportunity.

    After reopening:

    • The Opportunity status will change back to Open (usually to the stage it was in before closing, or you can move it to Negotiation).
    • You can then edit the Main Quote, update the billing split from 80/20 to 100%, and re-close it as Won once done.

    Notes:

    • The Reopen Opportunity button should appear on the command bar when the record is open. If you don't see it, ensure you have the necessary security role privileges (typically "Reopen Opportunity" privilege on the Opportunity entity).
    • Reopening will create a new Opportunity Close activity record internally.
    • After making changes to the quote/billing, you can close the opportunity again as Won.

If the Reopen Opportunity button is missing or grayed out, let me know your exact Dynamics 365 version (Sales Professional/Enterprise) and any error messages — it could be a security role or business process flow configuration issue.

Let me know if you need help with the quote changes after reopening!
