Hello there, is there a manual for the CRM tool within Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 available somewhere? I would like to forward it to the employees who will be using it in the future. Thanks, best regards Jakob

    no, only some videos i think are availables for NAV 2013 (you can find on you-tube or on NAV Community video "how-to" sections).

    i think that is like NAV 2009 features but with only web services integration for syncronizations (contacts, mailing workflow etc.)

    ...

    i wolud need these document too

    if anyone have some documents... any suggestions will be appreciated.

    The last version of the manual that's released for NAV CRM is version 3.7. A lot of the functionalities are still the same so it's still good.

    Try logging into eLearning on and see if there is still NAV 3.7 manuals available.

    I have a copy but I don't know if I can freely distribute it without breaking copyright rules...
