In simple language, in a form are permissions what can one user doe with this form. Does he only needs to read or should he also delete records. Maybe in this form only Read would be enough. You can see which role have permission by right click on the form -> Add ins -> Security Tools -> View Related Security Roles.

There you can see which roles have permission and on what level they have permission.

    Does this answer your question?

    Hi,

MSDN also provides example: "For an example of interaction between security settings, consider a menu item..."

    Regards,

    István
