Automatic e-mail after close date

Hi I want to set up a workflow to send an e-mail after a close date. I have the workflow but it is not working. I have it set up to check if the opportunity is open and Opportunity close date on (1 date after Opportunity:Close Date), then:

Send e-mail.

I know the e-mail is ok as I have used this for other things. Any ideas?

    You can follow this article for the first part but then you need insert a time out condition and set it to one day.

    Then you could create and send the actual email.

    Sample with timeout:

    community.dynamics.com/.../dynamics-crm-workflows-wait-vs-timeout
