The bell icon in the business central does not show for any workflow pending

Hi,

The business central notification remains empty for approval requests or any other flow.

There is a requirement where we would like the bell icon populating if any work item pops up.

Can this be achieved, I need your thoughts on this.

    Thanks for this but for these notifications the bell icon does not show but blue labels show,I was wanting to know about the bell icon
