Hi All,
I am working on Case management system in D365 Online
Once I open the case I can see "Assign" link on top of the case at Ribbon area.
Once I click on "Assign" I can see one popup opening with "Assign To", "User or Team" options.
Where can I find this actual form, How can I check what query is using to load "User or Team" lookup field.
Please help me with this.

Hi Babu,
Instead of form, this component is actually "Assign" dialog, we can find it in Customizations > Dialog Boxes, however, as what we can see in the screenshot, the assign dialog is not customizable.
You can check query of "User or Team" lookup field by:
open console > network > xhr
there are two queries are executed when data is being loaded.(Systemuser & Team)

Hi,
It uses User Lookup view from system User Entity and Team Lookup View from Team entity.
So if you want to customize or filter records you should modify these views.
Settings->Customization->Customize the system->Entity->Team/SystemUser->View
