I there a way to create a smartlist or other report that would show my the GL distribution detail on works in Work status. I want to use this for accruals

Yes,

Click Purchasing on the Navigation Bar and locate the Payables Batches navigation list. Click on the batches your would like to print or simply click the mark all checkbox a top of the column. Click the Reports button on the ribbon and select Edit Lists.
