Make a popup window using workflow

Hi,

Is it possible to generate a popup window when posting an purchase order that says "Update posting date" before posting the purchase order using workflow?

I have figured out how to generate the popup window with the text in workflow but I cant seem to figure out how to reject the posting, show the popup window, make the user click OK, change the settings and then be allowed to post.

    Are you using a native Business Central workflow or through Power Automate?

    Hi, If approval is not required, I think you just need to add a Confirm window before the user clicks the Post button.

    For example:

    Of course you can also add a dialog window to let the user enter some data.
