Hi Experts,
I have a requirement like the followings.
1. Based on customer feedback, an email would be sent to support mail id.
2. Using that email information(parameterized data also sent in that email), a case should be created in D365FO if the rating is less than 5 out of 10.
Can we achieve this by power automate flow for D365FO on premise using connectors.
Or do we need to go with REST API integration for this requirement.
