Hi world

I'm an end user, I've championed the adoption of Dynamics PSA in our organization. I've seen best practices for almost all other Dynamics 'flavours' except PSA. 

Last entry in PSA blog december 19...

I'd love to connect with the product architect, other users in the professional services industry using the product.
