Hi,
I am configuring User Roles & Permission in NAV 2009 R2, for a customer who has multiple 'Units' configured as Dimension in NAV.
The pre-requisit is, the entries created with Dimension value Unit1 should only be visible to users of Unit1 and vice-a-versa for users in Unit2.
I have achieved this by giving the following permissions "G/L Account table : Global Dimension 1 Filter=U1" & "G/L Entry Table : Global Dimension 1 Code=U1". This config works beautifully by filtering the entries with respective Dimension.
But, when i print the posted voucher report, system is throwing the following error "You do not have permission to read the G/L Entry table". This is little strange for me as i am able to view GL entries from Chart of Accounts & GL account form with out any problem.
I am sure somebody would have faced this issue, and have cracked it as well. Please let me know of the solution.
