Hello All,

I am using Business central On-Perm (BC 15).

When i am trying to publish extension through VS Code, getting below error:

"The Extension cannot be unpublished because it is in use by the following tenants: default"

And when i try to uninstall the extension from "Extension Management", i am getting below error:

"an item with the same key has already been added"

Please advise.

Note : No upgrade was done.

I have the same question (0)

You can try to set you schemaupdate mode to forcesync in your launch.json file

Hi, Try the following commands in Business Central Administration Shell.

    UNPublish-NAVApp -ServerInstance BC152 -Name 'XXXX' -Version X.X.X.X

Sync-NAVApp -ServerInstance BC152 -Name 'XXXX' -Mode Clean

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Are you running in a multi tenant environment? It could be that the system thinks it is running in a multi tenant mode due to default while it is not. Then uninstall will never work because it won't uninstall it from the non mounted tenant default.

Best probably is to raise a ticket to Microsoft support.

    Not using multi tenant environment.

Marco Mels  is there a way to remove a multi tenant mode, which system assumed.

    Hello,

There are a few tables from which you need to remove this extension from as it seems to be stuck. Best is to raise a ticket to Microsoft.

    Thanks.
