freezes the routine when an error occurs

 I present a problem in the Gp. I have the MS Dynamics GP 10. For some reason unknown to me, when I make a transaction and it fails, the GP is frozen and will not let me do anything. I have to finish the execution by the task manager and restart the application. Once rebooted, is when it generates the error in the transaction that was being done at the time.
If someone could tell me what is the problem, would appreciate it wholeheartedly. Thanks

    It could be many things. 

    Does this happen only on certain transactions?  What transactions will cause the program to lock up.

    How much memory does the workstation have?  GP really needs 2G to run well.

    How much disk space is available / free / unused on the workstation?

    Does this occur for all users or just one user? 

    Does this occur on all workstations or just one or two?

    Do you have any third party products installed?

     I already have occurred in various transactions. I have only seen what happens when trying to enter a sales transaction. But others have told me happened to them as well and working in different modules.
    All workstations are via RDP from a master server which has 4GB of memory. The workstations have 2Gb memory
    When workstations under RDP environment, hard drives of those workstations are literally free.
    It's really unusual what is happening. But best of my knowledge has happened in two workstations. Do not know if other same thing is happening. But that problem has occurred for at least two different users

    How many people are sharing the RDP server at one time?

     no more than 7 user
