My patience with my current RMS consultant has expired. Anybody have any recommendations for finding a new one in the Cleveland, Ohio area?

Cable2001, FWIW, we have never been to 99.99 of the stores we support..

As far as your problem, we only sell known working products for RMS. We don't go out on the bleeding edge very often as that sounds like you might have done.

Training can be done as well, We remotely log into your system and show you how to do it.

Just wanted to put a good word in for my RMS tech support. I am in Texas with 4 stores and I have Jeff at Check Point support us. As long as you can be there your tech support should be able to handle anything you need just by talking you thru it.

Yes, that would be best. We need site visits on occasion, like for training and equipment set up, and we're not big enough to be able to afford flying someone in. Like right now, we're having a problem with our new MSR / sig capture device not working.
