Managed Solution Plugin is not working

Hello all,

I have created Managed solution with MS Dynamic CRM 2016 on premise. My solution contains two entities and one plugin assembly. When I export this solution into Dynamic CRM 365. Everything is working fine. but My Plugin assembly is not working. This is very wierd sitatution. I dont know why is it not working.

Please help me and give me some idea to find solution.

Thank you for reply.

I did not add SDK message processing step inside in solution.

I have no idea about this step. Can you please guide me , how can I add this step ?
