I have a silly question
Should my Cash operating GL account balance match with Bank statement in the month End?
the reason for this question, I have few vendor payment that I can see on the bank statement but not in Cash operation GL account?

Hi Nihad,
the Checkbook should equal the GL account and also it should match your real Bank Statement,
if the checkbook doesn't equal the GL account you should see if any unposted transactions in the general journal that made that difference.
also if the checkbook and the GL account doesn't equal your Real Bank Statement you should use the Bank reconciliation to match all you transactions in the Dynamics GP with your Bank Statement and enter any variances you find.
