Font size issue on Windows 7 Citrix environment

A customer is having the following issue with fonts:

We deploy using Citrix XenApp. We changed the font to Medium on the console and the main GP screen fonts are larger, however, the individual screens, like Service Call Entry/Update, have the same size fonts. However, having said that, this only happens on the console. When I login through Citrix, the settings on the console don’t transfer to my individual session. Although my desktop is set to Medium, my fonts are still small no matter what the settings on the console are. Other applications, both on the console and desktop, appear to be fine.

Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Hi Beth,

Can I ask if you got to the bottom of this. My client has a similar issue where now and again the font changes and flickers.

I am reluctant to rebuild the forms.dic on each TS as it is only affecting the Citric servers and not local users.
