Free Text Invoice error message: parameters for model have not been found

Greetings All,

I have the following issue with Electronic Reporting and Free Text invoices. I've imported the Microsoft Customer invoicing model, duplicated it so that the configuration provider is not Microsoft & attached a new excel template. If I run the excel template inside the Electronic Reporting module I can generate a PDF of the invoice. However, if I try this in AR module > Free Text Invoice > Invoice > Document > View > Original, I get the following error message: Parameters for model have not been found.

Has anyone ever encountered this issue and how was this resolved? I'm assuming it's to do with print management settings but am not sure what to configure to overcome this query.

Yes, that's the case. You need to configure the print management in AR.

Click Accounts receivable > Setup > Forms > Form setup. Click Print management.

In the left pane of the Print management setup form, right-click a module name and select Expand all. All the document types for that module are displayed.

To create a new record, right-click a document name and select New. A new original or copy record is created and is displayed in the list.

Select a report format.

Can you enable the feature "Use RDP-based model mapping for the Free Text Invoice report", and see if it works?

Hi Magno,

I've enabled the feature but the issue still remains. I thought it might be something to do with E Invoice parameters & have removed those from the model. Is there anything else that you might suggest?
