I've called dozens of times (that is not an exaggeration) no one I"ve spoken to in Dynamics CRM support knows what enhanced support is nor do they know what customer source is. I want my employees to be able to access the enhanced training and I want to be able to open cases via Customer Source to take advantage of the 2 hour call back. My question is who can I call that can fix my access? (I'm not listed as the admin even though that's what I am). Does anyone have a phone number BESIDES 800-865-9408? That number is futile, I'm looking for a number that will have someone that can help me with my enhanced support subscription access. At this point, I'd settle for an email address.
