Navigation bar is not appearing in the cloud version of BC. Cannot use the search bar, or settings or anything.
Anyone know how to resolve this? Already tried a restart, but to no success. Windows app shows the same problem. Bypassing the naviagation bar by using ALT+F1 to enter the search menu also doesn't work.
Hi, the top menu is working today. If your still have problem, please clear your browser cache.

A re-install of edge solved the issue for both the cloud and windows app version.

I just read that this is a known issue caused by Office shell that does not load properly. Mitigation step is to clear history for last 7 days and then it will work. If not, raise a support case.
