Hello,
I have a Marketing form where people register their interest and then using customer journey I send them an email with a link to our questionnaire.
This questionnaire is created on my website and I am using form capture to collect the information, in this form I added the customer email to capture the information related to the correct lead.
But the email field is blank at all times although I ticket prefill when authenticating the domain and on contact.
Could you please help me with this problem?
Thank you,
Elly
Hello Colfy,
I am not capturing documents using form capture, we receive a document from the website in email ID.
Many Thanks,
Elly
Hi Elly,
Could you share how do you submit document via captured form?
As far as I know, portal would be the only way for customers to upload file to Dynamics.
If you think my previous method would be complex, you could take article below as reference, the article is about integration of Portal with SharePoint:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/manage-sharepoint-documents
Anyway, due to captured form is not supported with prefilling feature, and if your customers could upload document with capture form,
then you could set another embbed form to complete whole process:
In embbed form, customers' email field will be prefilled -> customers update their information via embbed form -> redirect them to captured form to upload document after they submited the first form.
You could do redirection at "afterFormSubmit" event.(My answer in your "Subscription page in Marketing Dynamics" thread.)

Hello Colfy,
My customer need to submit some document along with their form and that is the only reason I am using the form capture instead of marketing form.
you provided some guidelines earlier about how to collect documents in marketing form by configuring portal but that is very complex for me.
that's why I decided to use simple form capture
Hi Elly,
Currently captured form is not supported with prefilling feature.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/embed-forms
Could you share me reason that why did you prefer to captured form to collect information?
According to my guess, maybe you think captured form which is designed by 3rd party tool has prettier look than Dynamics 365 embedded marketing form?
If so, we could add custom CSS in marketing form HTML source code to give embedded marketing form with pretty style.
e.g: my landing page form
CSS to customize SUBMIT button
