Importing Contacts showing Package Error

I am setting up Customer Records and Contacts by importing excel file through Configuration Package. Importing bulk customers were successful - I can see the customers Ive imported from the Customer list. I need to import my contacts and this is where I am stucked. It keeps on giving me an error but the database records keep on incrementing with no data aside from contact No.

Right now:
 
1. My contact list contains the following data (nothing but empty records)
 
2. On Config Package, I am getting this screen after applying data during import.
 
3. I tried refreshing the page and my package shows 12 package errors, but the database records increased. (I was trying to import 145 records)
 
4. This is what error says

 
Ive tried the following workarounds but did not work:
1. Validate relations
2. Validate Package
3. Turning Off Exclude Config Tables
4. Recreating Table ID for processing
 
 
Moreover, Im not sure if this is another issue :  I tried creating a contact manually. Only the contact numbers from #1 above shows on Company No/Company Name fields. The companies Ive added from Customer records are not showing as an option.
 
Im really looking forward for your help.

    Hi,
     
    I found this link so have a read through this first to see if it helps.
     
     
    However, the important note is that there are a couple of tables that link the customer to the contact.  They are as below.
     
    The key tables are Business Relations (5053) and Contact Business Relations (5054).
     
    Perhaps that is the issue where there is currently no data in these?
