Is it possible to change the icon on a record within a stream on an interactive dashboard?

    Hi timothyploegmakers,

    The icon show default image for the case record, you can change it in the case form directly.

    Clicking the image , then upload new image to change it:

    If you don't see the image in the case form, you need check one option in the case form:

    Go Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Case > Forms to open one main form:
