Hi,
This type of feature is not available in standard product. For achieving this, do 3 steps.
1. At the time of Customer Creation. Creation of Ship-to Address Master is mandatory.
2. While creating Sales Order, at the time of selecting Sell-to Customer, system suggest Ship-to Address of customer. if it has only one address then system automatically fill the Ship-to Address code in Sales Order.
3. And Put Validation of Ship-to Code at the time of posting.
I think this solution will work as per the requirement.
