how to import released products using Excel, but with Add Data method?

Do you want to realize a one time import or do you plan to regularly import items?
How many items do you plan to import?

this is a regularly thing
currently we are using excel with added tables but this cause issues as it require an administration rights on dynamics ax.
so we need to use add data.
and unfortunately we can't use DIXF for internal reasons.
If this is for a regular import then Excel does not seem the right tool to me.
How many records do you plan to import regularly e.g. per day/week...?

Can you indicate what are the internal reasons for not using DIXF? If you want to have the products created via the Excel connector, you have to use a custom service for the items. If you found or developed one, you must setup this service in the setup form 'Document data sources.
