Any Method to Extract BC Statistics Such as Transactions/Month, Session/Month, etc

Hi

I wonder that anyone knows any method that I can put some BC statistics together. This can be interested to share with team and management. 

Some data like:

1) Number of transactions in BC per month

2) Number of sessions per month or AVG daily. 

3) Time users spent in BC 

4) etc

    For majority of my request I was able to use Power Bi recommended by Yun and Steven. I just need to find the method for number of transactions.

    Hi There

    Did you try the cue setup?

    As seen below there are a bunch of standard cues you could select from refer screenshot below 

    This should solve your 1st point

    For the 2nd Requirement for session use this API and you would be able to get that information and with a simple code you should be able to show this on the UI

    Hi

    In your powerbi desktop project you would transform your data and the required keys and relations to get the all the data you require. The biggest challenge is to understand which data you need if you are not an experienced BC developer.

    But the outcome you are looking for is very much possible and it would not require coding.

    You could probably do something smart around app telemetry here as well but that would most likely require some AL development.

    Thanks. I could not think about any method to do this. I mean when I need "all transactions" it means all tables with possible transactions. In addition, if I take all those tables to power bi then how I can calculate the number of transactions? I need a method to say count transactions for this month for all tables.

    Also, how about hours and sessions?

    Hi

    I would create a powerbi report for this.  Create a dataset with the required tables and the report from that. Schedule refresh of data for your dataset.

    You create the powerbi project in powerbi desktop and publish.
