Hi Team,

How to block/restrict people from registering for an event?

I want to block/restrict the particular user in the event portal ?

    Hi Muragaiah,

    You can create a Flow to prevent them from registering for an event.

    1. Set the trigger as that an event registration has been created.

    1. Get the Contact record associated with the registration.

    1. Set a condition that the first name, last name and email of the contact equal to certain values for these parameters can uniquely identify a contact.

    1. If all relevant information about the contact is equal to the value you have set, delete this registration record and delete the contact.

    This allows the registration and contact information to be deleted once the contact you wish to prevent from registering has been registered.
