Integration of several CRM orgs into one

I am looking for a way to integrate several orgs with one.  Our organisation has implemented many Dynamics orgs (a separate one for each one of our clients).  I have setup an internal org and would like to be able to pull information from each client org into our central one for monitoring of sales activity.  I cannot seem to find any solution for this.

Please help

    Hi Nick,

There is no out of the box merging of organizations.

Try to find it any third party tool.

You could use something like SSIS. Look at Kingswaysoft's SSIS Integration Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

But this sounds like the wrong model in the first place. Why would you have a whole separate org for each client? Or is this a partner-hosted CRM on behalf of your clients? In which case, who does this data belong to?

    Hi,

I will suggest an approach. You can create some web application to pull data from each organization and put on this internal organization. Also, you can create a plugin and register plugin step for the entities in each organization to push data to your internal organization.

NB :- This requires coding knowledge and it requires some amount of time depends on number of organizations you have and the number of entities involved.

Hope this might give you an idea.

    Nick,

You can use SSIS, Dynamics Connector, Scribe, or custom apps.

    Thank you.

    Hi Nick,

Your requirement is very genuine and nowdays many clients are asking for it, It can be achieved by using Dynamics Connector or Scribe, but  before that some points need to be taken care:

    1. Are other CRM org's base currency same as yours. because say if the

    a. base currency of 1 org is USD

then if you have other currency like GBP in that then the data will be stored in org 1 with respect to USD exchange rate.

    b. base currency of 2 org is EURO

then if you have other currency like GBP in that then the data will be stored in org 2 with respect to EURO exchange rate.

Now if you try to merge the data in 3 org whose base currency is Australian Dollar, if you import data direct with field to field mapping then chances are:

    1. GBP and EURO data is copied and the exchnage rate is taken as latest instead of old one i.e. when record was created.

    2. there is a currency_base field which stores data after conversion from other to base Currency field, so while importing that data from other organisation it will be wrong to get data directly into new organization as that data is w.r.t. to different base currency.

.......... I know that it will be difficult to get this at once for everyone but think about exchange rate and try to take paper and pen and try to go through how will you go to integrate if different base currencies are there.
