How to configure Letter of Undertaking to exempt tax in d365, if we export orders to other countries.

I don't think there is standard report for that. So it will have to be a custom report with SSRS or possibly Electronic Reporting.

Hi Scoop,

I have never seen this kind of configuration, however if you want to exempt tax, maybe you can go to the tax module, in the "Sales tax groups" form, under "Setup" FastTab, we have an option to exempt sales tax from being calculated.
