Hi Guys,
Is there a way that we can track email replies from emails sent by Dynamics 365 onto the particular record where the email was sent with?
We have some workflows\flows(Powerautomate) that sends some automated emails on Dynamics 365, just wondering if there is a way to track replies for those emails and if the process for tracking it would be the same?
Can anyone give some ideas? I saw a lot of posts on it but the ones ive been seeing were from way back 2013 and not sure if it is still applicable. Thanks

Try setting the personal settings for emails to all email messages for the ,mailbox where you are receiving these emails
Click on the gear icon at the top --> options --> email tab --> select the option as all email (see below)

You can always track manually any received email or sent email from sent item of outlook into CRM using Dynamics 365 app for outlook . During the tracking use the set regarding feature and track the email for any specific record into CRM. After tracking the email will appear under that records activity or in timeline (if the Timeline is available).
