Unable to delete transactions on special condition

Hi,

We have a special condition that is incorrect and needs to be deleted.  However, when I go into the transactions, delete is not an option.  Any idea what is preventing them from being deleted?

    If alt +f9 does not work I guess they never wrote a delete option into the customization. Can you check the specification?

    Nope, I don't have such a thing in AX 2012 R2. It's a customization, isn't it?

    When viewing a customer, under the "Sell" tab is a button labeled "Special Conditions".  Once you click on that, you'll see the special conditions assigned to the customer.  If you highlight one, you have a Transactions button where you can go in and normally be able to delete the transactions so you can then delete the special condition.  It is not allowing this for some reason.

    What is the menu path to that screen? Does not seem standard but I dont know every screen!!

    Select the record you require, press Alt+F9 - what does it do then?

    Hi,

    You cannot delete a special condition with transactions so I go to the special condition and view the transactions so I can delete them but that option is not available.  Please see screenshot attached.

    I'm sorry, but it's not clear at all what table and condition you're talking about. Please give us more information; we can't help you without it.
