Dynamics 365 App for Outlook doesnt work on macbook?

Hello,

is anyone familiar with this problem within the Outlook app for Mac? The Dynamics app keeps spinning/loading without showing any information of the contacts. The issue occured for mac users only. Any suggestions how to solve this problem?

    Open a ticket with Microsoft.  It definitely should work, but you'll have to get their help directly to sort this one.

    Hi there,

    I am experiencing the same issue with mac users. Have you managed to get any feedback or resolution on this item?

    It would appear that the Add in keeps on being disabled in the Manage Add on settings page.

    Which version of Dynamics are you running? Our On-Line tenant was upgraded to 9.0 (and lately to 9.0.0.2136), however the app is still preview for 9.0 and we have plenty of issues with it also on Win10 and with the online Outlook version, no Mac required ...

    Hope you are using Office 365 Exchange online or on-prem, as thats one of the dependant factor for this to work with new version

    i am using MacBook & outlook where i can access dynamics from outlook and we are using office 365 exchange online & Dynamics 365 Online

    The fix was afterall quite 'easy'. The bug was gone after I updated my macOS Sierra.

    No, it doesn't work. I have exactly the same problem. As usual, what MS says is "it's a known issue, we are working on it". But when asked for a deadline, the answer is "We can't estimate a deadline, it can take several months".

    True MS "service".

    My issue is the same, Outlook can't sign in on my CRM Dynamics 365 account.

    The problem is common to all computers, Apple and Windows (one macbook, 2 mac minis and 1 Surface) connected to the same Office 365 business premium account. The sync only works on the online version of Outlook, never on desktop versions, nor Mac nor Windows.
