CV's and Documents in Attract don't come up

Hi everyone, 

Is anyone else facing or ever faced the same issue we do right now? 

In Attract module, we can see multiple applications on various jobs from candidates but their documentation such as CV's, portfolios, cover letters don't come up under their application. I already raised a ticket and haven't received any official answer yet but I am really worried that we might loose data from candidates which is very inconvenient.

    Hi,

    I just worked on this Live issue raised by users fixed it by granting Full Access on Note Entity.

    1) Login to https://XXXXXX.crm4.dynamics.com/main.aspx

    2) Navigate to Settings -> Security -> Security Roles

    3) Add new Security Role

    4) Grant organization level access on all privileges except delete on Note entity

    5) Add this Security Role to Users
