Unable to Login to a Company

Hello:

Here on GP 2013 R2 (12.00.1920) and out of twenty-one companies, there is one company that users cannot login to.

No error message is given.  GP simply hangs, on logging in to this one company.

Any ideas?

    Enable Dex SQL logging and post the log.

    Thanks, for the tip.  Actually, I fixed this.  Since all users are out of GP, I ran delete ACTIVITY against DYNAMICS and clicked "End Process" on the Terminal Server for all of the Dynamics32.exe* processes.  Worked like a charm!
