Dynamic USD integration with Qgate CTI

Hi,

I am facing a problem in USD - When I am simulating a call on QGate CTI , it is showing the contact iformation in QGATE but when clicking on it , it is not opening contact in USD.

Please help me out asap.

    Hi

    How are you connecting this QGate CTI with USD ? Have you created any custom CTI Adapter ? Or planning to use OOB CTI Listner & Desktop manager ? If you are planning to use OOB, Does this QGate send message to any particular port in the local machine ?
