Hey All,
I'm trying to create WBS Form inside a project in the Project management and accounting module. But once i create WBS directly from (Project management and accounting>setup>projects>Work breakdown structure templates) i click new but once i try to create the WBS there's some pop-up message {Field 'Hierarchy ID' must be filled in.} . Also, when i click on the project and try to create WBS from the activity in the action pane, another pop-op message {Activities cannot be created when the number sequence for the hierarchy ID is set to Manual. Change the number sequence value on the Number sequence references form.} . Also, i've tried to create WBS form the Project management section, and it open the form but i can't add any tasks.
Do you know what is the problem? or how to configure the set up tp solve it?
