How to cancel a received transfer order

Hello,

is anyone can help me with this issue?

I want to cancel a received transfer order, the cancel button in on the transfer order history is disabled.

    Navigate to workspaces > Feature management.

    Select feature name ‘Transfer Order Cancellation’ and then, in the details pane, select Enable Now. The feature is turned on.

    Hello , my understanding of this feature is that you can cancel revert only TOs in status Shipped so from transit warehouse back to origin warehouse.

    In your scenario you did receive the stock in so you would need to create a TO to receive back

    if cancel button is visible, feature should be already enabled.  

    Cancel is only possible in shipment.

    What status are you transfer orders ?

    Send it back on a TO, you have in essence picked it, shipped it and received it. Unlikely to do that without doing it, but if you have perhaps a review of how you got there is required?
