    Hi Gemma,

    Please try to run the Health Check by referring to the following two links and resolve it according to the result.

    Run a health check

    View health check results

    It is most likely caused by the deactivated marketing actions or plugins.

    Thanks Nya. There were some other changes in CRM that had caused this issue but all resolved now.
