AX email shows different entity name for PR request

Hi Folks,

I have configured system email templates for all the workflows. in PR workflow I have configured alert mail for the workflow originator after completion of PR workflow.

scenario is PR buying legal entity is 100 but in the completion mail sent to originator  it shows entity 200 in message. i have checked the templates and placing holder everything is fine .. 

is there any other possibility this issue is occurring?

    Can you show the message configured? What are the place holders you have used?

    Can you specify "Buying Legal entity" instead Company?

    i am using the same templates for all the workflows .. Previously it was working fine.

    Since PR is global in nature whereas other workflows are specific to company. So, try using this .

    HI Saurabh,

    I've  mapped and added buying legal entity place holder in workflow and email templates  %Purchase requisitions.CompanyInfoDefault%, but it doesn't fetch the Company name.

    Yeah i tried both, it doesnt work.. if i keep%company% it fetches the data but not the correct legal entity
