Record name not showing up in header

Team,

I created a new form in a Custom Entity. When I open on an existing record, using this new form, the record does not populate in the header. However; that same record and all other existing records will display in the header when I open them in any of the currently existing form.

This is preventing the user from being able to see the relationship icons for Common, Service, Sales, and Marketing.

What setting am I missing to check that’s causing the selected record not to display in the header?

Hello Jose,

Could you please make sure that the Page Navigation property for that particular form is set to Show Navigation Items.

Page Navigation

You can choose not to show navigation items.

In forms for updated entities this means the primary name value for the record currently being viewed will not appear in the navigation bar to allow navigation to associated views.

In forms using the classic presentation, the navigation options to choose associated views on the left side of the form will not be shown.
