Hello,
We have a production environment that has Remote Assist installed with user licenses.
We also have a trial version of Field Service running in a different environment, which is a sandbox.
We would like to move Field Service over to the Remote Assist environment.
What's the best approach to accomplish this? Do we install the Field Service application in the Remote Assist environment directly, then use a data migration tool to pull existing data over? Or is there a different or better way?
