How to view records that are shared with me?

Hi,

I have some problems viewing records that are shared with me. For example, User A shares an opportunity record with me, with all privileges, read write delete etc. But from my side, I can't find any view to show that record. Do I have to create view? And if so what is the properties?

Hi Aidel Ibrahim,

You will be able to find the records by using the Advanced Find search feature. This article explains how to create an Advanced Find search and save it as a personal view.

Hi Aidel Ibrahim,

This article explains how to create a view of records shared with the current user. You will need to modify the Fetch XML of your view to show shared records.

Hi ,

As you mentioned that User A has shared you an opportunity record , I assume that you don't have sufficient access level to that record. If I consider that you have user level access which means only records owned by you can view that record right. So you can simply filter with owner of the record which is not owned by you using advanced find.
