link azure account with dynamics 365 sales application

Hello everyone,

I bought a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise application and I got onmicrosoft account after this purchase.

After the purchase I have access to portal.azure.com with my onmicrosoft.com account.

I want to create an Azure account to use Service Bus, Azure Functions etc.

When I try to get an Azure account with my onmicrosoft account, it doesn't allow me. It says "you should use different email"

When I get an Azure account with my personal email(gmail), I can not see my Dynamics 365 Sales application in here.

Can you help me about that, how can I get an azure account with linked my Dynamics 365 ?
