Hello, my company is registered as a Microsoft Partner with an MPN ID, however, when I go to lifecycle services (https://lcs.dynamics.com) we are not recognized as a "Partner" but rather as a "Prospect". I am unable to put in a support ticket in LCS to attend to this issue as a "Prospect". It appears only "Customer" and "Partner" are allowed to submit support tickets inside LCS. I have searched all over to find a contact to help with no luck and decided to try posting here. Who can help update my LCS account to "Partner"?
