We're trying to use a Marketing 365 email form to manage marketing preferences in a logged in website. We're using Sitecore as our website and the site currently connects to D365 through middleware. We're trying to use the marketing preferences form in Marketing 365 in our logged in account managament site. We can get the form on a logged in page, but it won't load as there is no cookie (which there would be had the link come from an email). We want users to be able to change their preferences whenever they like rather than having to wait to link from an email. Is there an event that fires that we could hook into? WE've got a form set up with hidden fields for firstname, last name and email address, but without the form loading we're not able to populate them.
Hi,
It is recommended to create marketing form whose type is landing page. It can be inserted into a marketing page or embedded into an external website, so that the users do not have to access the form by clicking a link sent to them in email.
Please refer to the following link to know more about it:
Create a landing page (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
