As we all know, maintenance activities lead to production downtime. My customer needs to factor in their planned maintenance activities in the capacity of the factory.
I tried to do this using Asset management. In the Asset management asset I added the resource of the production line with the idea that they would use the same calendar.
I dispatched a work order with the idea that the period during which the maintenance activities will take place, production cannot be planned. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work.
Has anyone tried a setup like this where production and maintenance are interconnected? Can you share a working setup?

I could not find any official documentation about this.
