How do I get financial year in ssrs reports

I have date created-on.I need to find financial year start date and end date for the same date range.

Note :- I need SSRS expression query
Please help me out.

    The dynamic approach would be to query the organization entity to retrieve the fiscalcalendarstart date, and calculate from that. However, as the start date is unlikely to change, a simpler option could be to create a hidden parameter on the report that stores when the financial year starts, and use the dateadd and datepart functions to determine the financial year start date and end date
