Upgrading from NAV2018 cu5 to cu22

Hi, when I open NAV2018 cu5 with development eviroment of cu22 in order to upgrada database, I get a warning that all database will be converted to new version, and after I accept, then I get an error saying "There are records in table NAV App Tenant App. You must uninstall all extensions before upgrading database".

I have uninstall and even unpublish all extensions and still get same error.

I have also run powershell comandlet  remove-navappsfortenant, but still get same problem.

Records in NAV App Tenant App are:

    Did anyone find a solution for this? Don't understand why we get this error when simply trying to make a platform upgrade. Application should remain the same.

    Anyway, what we have done in our test environment is:

    delete the table data from SQL with

    TRUNCATE TABLE [dbo].[NAV App Tenant App]

    After this,we upgraded the database from Developer environment, Started the NAV service, and ran a Schema Sync.

    After this, we had new records automatiaclly created in the [NAV App Tenant App] table, and everything seems to be working fine

    Would be nice to have an official solution from microsoft. So far this is not documented in the installation process:

    support.microsoft.com/.../how-to-install-a-microsoft-dynamics-nav-2018-cumulative-update
