For the last two months now when we try to do a paid transaction removal we get the following error message.
How can we fix this?
Step 1) Get every one out of GP
Step 2) Perform a backup
Step 3) In SSMS execute this statement DELETE RM00401 against your company database
Step 4) Log into GP and run check links on the sales series
Step 5) Try running Remove Paid Transactions again.
