The system does not pick the prices from the sales price list for jobs.

Scenario – A job raised with invoicing currency code USD. The system contains USD sales price lists for a customer price group. The customer of the job is linked with the USD sales price list (via customer price group). When a planning lines is added with an item, the system does not pick the price from the price list. Please go through the screenshots.

    Hi,

A couple of things to check are as below.  I used the Currency Code as EUR instead of the Invoice Currency Code from your screenshot.

I checked that the customer price group field was populated on the job header.

My sales price list had the following value for my item.

Then entered the item on my job planning line.

    Hope that helps,
    Shauna

    Hi Shauna

    I've a similar issue.

I set up the Customer Price Group and Customer Disc Group as the defaults for the customer in the job and the codes seem to default to the Job Header (although the standard field is hidden from display - I checked through the Page Inspection).

Once I created a task and planning line, the "Line Discount %" for the line did not default from the Customer.  When I created a Sales Invoice, the line still showed the full amount even though the Sales Invoice header had the correct Customer Price Group and Customer Disc Group codes for the line discount.
    (I checked through Page Inspection)

Did you try with Customer default codes without actually entering the Price code in the Job Header?  I'm not sure why in my case, this field is hidden from the Job Header and I cannot show it through Personalisation.

    Thanks
    Peter
